Mission Statement
Cypress Day Spa & Salon’s mission is to provide exceptional service with high product quality and superior customer service within a comfortable and relaxing environment. With the highest standards and integrity, all of our team members are continuously furthering their education and knowledge so that they are able to provide our clients with the best treatments, products and exceptional service.

It is recommended to make your appointments in advance to help ensure you get your preferred time. On your first visit please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment in case you need to fill out any necessary treatment forms needed before your service is performed, this is especially true if you are having a skincare or permanent cosmetic treatment. If you arrive late, please note that your treatment will end when originally scheduled as a courtesy to the next client. Please note all services are scheduled by appointment only. Please call the appropriate technician to schedule your appointment.

Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel or reschedule, please observe a 24 hour cancellation policy to avoid being charged in full for the scheduled treatment. Cancellation or Rescheduling fees may or may not be applicable for each individual technician. Please call the appropriate technician to discuss any applicable cancellation and rescheduling policies.

Gratuities are not included in the price of the service, and may be given at your discretion. Gratuities are greatly appreciated.

Refund/Return Policy
30 days Merchandise Return Policy: All returns must be no longer than 30 calendar days after the purchase.
Proper Documentation: You will need your receipt and the product in its original packaging in order to process your refund.
Good Condition: All returned items must be in their original state and deemed to be in unused condition before they can be accepted for a full refund.
Non-returnable Items: We do not offer a return on discount items or gift certificates.

Visitor & Children Policy
Skincare treatment room is reserved for client only. For the safety and privacy of client, the skincare treatment room is unable to accommodate visitor to accompany the client in the treatment room. The visitor can relax and wait in the comfortable front waiting area. Children are also not permitted to accompany client in the skincare treatment room.

For sanitary and safety reasons we are unable to accommodate your pets in the salon.

Gift Certificates
If you would like to purchase an online gift certificate from a specific salon team member, you will need to go to their personal website to do so. If the salon team member does not offer online gift certificate purchase, you will need to call the independent salon team member to purchase your gift certificate at the salon.

Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash. Gift Certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable. Gift Certificates will not be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. Service price are subject to change without notice. Any change on service price will be subject to additional charges.
